Dubai Holding Community Management Hosts Al Multaqa to Empower the Next Generation of Emirati Leaders

Dubai Holding Community Management proudly hosted Al Multaqa, its maiden Emirati Employee Networking Event, bringing together our Emirati employees and executive leaders for a dialogue centred around growth, ambition and impact. The event reflected a deeper commitment by the organisation to invest in Emirati talent by creating long-term pathways for leadership, development and meaningful contribution across the business.
The session featured inspiring perspectives by Francis Giani, Chief Executive Officer; Fatma Hussain, Group Chief People Officer at Dubai Holding; and Omair Ibrahim, Executive Director – Human Capital & Corporate Services who emphasised that Emiratisation at DHCM is not approached as a numbers-driven exercise, but as a strategic investment in people who will help shape the future of the organisation and the wider community management sector.
Al Multaqa also served as a platform for open and meaningful two-way conversations between Emirati employees and leadership, encouraging them to share their aspirations, perspectives and experiences in an open environment. The discussions reinforced a clear message that Emirati talent matters, employee development matters and creating future leaders remains a long-term priority for DHCM.
Across DHCM, Emirati employees continue to progress from early-career opportunities into leadership and executive positions, contributing to decisions, operations, and experiences that directly shape the living experience across managed communities. Their journeys reflect the organisation’s strong focus on capability-building, long-term development and creating environments where national talent can thrive, lead and inspire future generations.
Al Multaqa also highlighted the organisation’s broader ecosystem of continuous learning and engagement. From Evola Learn, Dubai Holding Community Management’s bespoke digital learning platform, to specialised Learning & Development programmes, employee engagement activations and leadership initiatives such as the DHCM Toastmasters Corporate Club, these experiences are designed to build confidence, strengthen leadership capabilities and equip employees with the tools to create meaningful impact throughout their careers.
Al Multaqa stands as an important milestone in the organisation’s ongoing commitment to advancing the UAE’s Emiratisation vision and empowering the next generation of Emirati leaders to shape the future of communities across the UAE.
