Dubai Holding Community Management Partners with PlusX Electric to Expand EV Charging Solutions

Dubai Holding Community Management has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PlusX Electric to introduce innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions across DHCM-managed communities.

The partnership supports DHCM’s sustainability commitment by enabling flexible EV charging options that respond to residents’ evolving needs while minimising the environmental impact associated with traditional infrastructure development.

Under the agreement, PlusX Electric will deploy its Portable Power Pods, offering on-demand EV charging delivered directly to customers’ locations. This mobile solution provides convenient, on-demand charging without the need for permanent charging infrastructure.

The collaboration reflects a shared vision to promote sustainable mobility, reduce carbon emissions and accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions within residential communities. Through this partnership, DHCM continues to explore forward-looking technologies that enhance quality of life while supporting Dubai’s broader sustainability objectives.
