Pink Cycle Terms & Conditions

  1. Assumption of Risk
    I acknowledge that participating in team sports involves physical contact and inherent risks including, but not limited to, bruises, fractures, sprains, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
  2. Health and Fitness Declaration
    I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in the event. I understand it is my responsibility to seek medical advice if unsure.
  3. Compliance with Rules and Officials
    I agree to follow all event rules, regulations, and instructions from referees, officials, and organizers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
  4. Release and Waiver of Liability
    I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, officials, and their employees or agents from any claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation, including injury, death, or property damage.
  5. Indemnity
    I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and associated parties from any claims or liabilities resulting from my actions or omissions during the event.
  6. Personal Property
    I understand that the organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of my personal belongings during the event.
  7. Emergency Medical Treatment
    I authorize the organizers and medical personnel to provide or arrange emergency medical treatment if necessary, and I accept responsibility for any related costs.
  8. Photography and Media Release
    8.1 Photos and videos will be taken at this event by Dubai Holding Community Management LLC ("DHCM") and its appointed photographers.
    8.2 What we will use your images for: Marketing and promotion on DHCM websites, social media, print materials, outdoor advertising, press releases, and internal communications.
    8.3 Who may receive your images: Third-party photographers and media agencies working for DHCM.
    8.4 How long we keep them: Published content for up to 7 years. Unused footage will be deleted within 90 days of the event.
    8.5 Your right to withdraw: Contact Privacyoffice@dubaiholdingcm.ae at any time. We will stop future use of your images. To understand how we use personal data including photographs, please refer our Privacy Notice.
    8.6 For participants under the age of 18 - Parent/Guardian Consent:‍
    • I confirm I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in this registration and have legal authority to consent on their behalf.
    • I have read and understood the Photography & Media Release (Clauses 8.1–8.6 above).
    • I consent to DHCM photographing, filming, and using my child's image for the purposes and channels described above.
    • I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Privacyoffice@dubaiholdingcm.ae, subject to the limitations in Clause 8.5.
  9. Age Limit
    "I confirm that I am of legal age (16+) to participate in the Event and will provide valid proof of age if required.
    If I am under the age of 16, I understand that I must have the consent of my parent/legal guardian. My parent/legal guardian must sign this waiver on my behalf, and I may be required to be accompanied or supervised in accordance with Event rules."‍
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    This waiver is governed by UAE law. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.‍
  11. Severability
    If any part of this waiver is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
