Pink Run - A Fit Pink initiative

Pink Run is a Fit Pink initiative and community run for a cause, inviting residents, families and friends to walk, jog or run together in a sea of pink in support of breast cancer awareness.

Dubai Holding Community Management residents, family members and friends are welcome to join, regardless of running experience. Participants may choose to walk, jog or run, depending on their comfort and fitness level.

Advance online registration is closed. If you are a Dubai Holding Community Management resident who missed the deadline, you may request registration at the Race Village on event day. Availability is limited and entry is not guaranteed. The event can accommodate a maximum of 1,500 runners, and the venue or organisers may restrict, pause or close on-site registration if capacity is reached or event operations are affected.

1. ‍If you are already registered: Keep your registration confirmation email ready to show before boarding and at the event-space entrance.‍
2. If you missed online registration: You must be a Dubai Holding Community Management resident and use the shuttle bus from Palm Jumeirah Mall to request on-site registration.
3. Bring information that can be used to verify your residency and participant details.
4. Complete all required declarations, waivers, safety terms, age requirements and media consent before entry.‍
5. Please note: Travelling to the venue does not guarantee on-site registration or entry.

No, participation is free. We encourage everyone to wear pink attire or accessories to show support for the cause.

Please wear comfortable running or sportswear and suitable running shoes. Pink attire or accessories are encouraged to support the awareness theme.

Participants can choose from 2k, 4k and 8k routes, making the event suitable for different fitness levels and preferences.

Yes. Hydration stations will be available along the route and at the finish line. Participants are encouraged to stay hydrated and follow event marshal instructions throughout the run.

Yes, children are welcome with adult supervision, and the shorter routes are suitable for families. Participants under 16 must have parent or legal guardian consent and may be required to be accompanied or supervised in line with event rules.

No. Pink Run is not a timed competition. It is a community run focused on movement, unity and raising awareness, so participants can walk it, jog it or run it at their own pace.

Participants can look forward to pink-themed photo spots, DJ music and entertainment, a sporting village with children’s activities, and screening van with consultations, subject to availability on the day.

Yes. Photos and videos may be captured by Dubai Holding Community Management LLC and its appointed photographers for marketing, promotional, internal communications and related event purposes. By registering and attending, participants acknowledge the event media terms, including the option to withdraw future use by contacting Privacyoffice@dubaiholdingcm.ae.

• Venue: Dubai Science Park – Green Escape Park

Event Schedule

• 5:30 AM: Bib collection, pre-registration verification and limited on-site registration open.
• 6:00 AM: Main event activities begin, including participant wayfinding, warm-up preparation and on-ground support
• 6:15 AM: 8km warm-up begins.
• 6:30 AM: 8km race starts. All participants should already be at the venue before this time.
• 7:15 AM: 4km warm-up begins.
• 7:30 AM: 4km race starts.
• 7:40 AM: Participants joining the 2km activity should move to the designated warm-up area and follow marshal guidance.
• 7:45 AM: 2km warm-up begins.
• 8:00 AM: 2km run starts.
• 8:30 AM: Prize-giving ceremony begins.
• 10:00 AM: Event concludes.

Palm Jumeirah:

Arrive early and park at Palm Jumeirah Mall in B1 Parking or LG Parking. Follow the Pink Run signs to Lobby 6 or Lobby 7, then take the lifts to Level 1 for the shuttle bus or Level 2 for the Monorail. Bib collection and check-in open at 5:30 AM. Allow enough time for parking, transfer, verification and wayfinding before your route starts.

• ‍Shuttle bus — Level 1: Use the shuttle if you are pre-registered or if you are an eligible resident seeking on-site registration. Buses leave Palm Jumeirah Mall every 15 minutes from 4:15 AM; the final outbound bus leaves at 7:30 AM.
• ‍Monorail — Level 2: Use the Monorail only if you are pre-registered and can show your Pink Run registration confirmation email. Services begin at 5:00 AM.
• ‍Registration and access: If you are pre-registered, show your confirmation email before boarding and again at the event entrance. If you are seeking on-site registration, go to the designated desk at the Race Village on Palm Jumeirah – Crescent Boardwalk and complete verification and all required forms. On-site registration and entry are not guaranteed.
• ‍Capacity and operational limits: The maximum capacity is 1,500 runners. For safety and smooth operations, the venue and organisers may restrict, pause or close on-site registration at any time, including before the advertised transport service ends. Please follow staff and marshal instructions.‍
• Return shuttle: Buses depart the Race Village for Palm Jumeirah Mall every 15 minutes from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The final return bus leaves at 10:30 AM.

‍Dubai Science Park:

Please plan your journey in advance and arrive early to allow sufficient time for parking, check-in and finding your way to the start area. RTA-managed parking is available around the park on a first-come, first-served basis. As spaces are limited, we also recommend walking to the venue where practical or taking a taxi to the designated drop-off area at the park entrance.

Participants should ensure they are physically fit to take part, seek medical advice if unsure, and follow instructions from marshals, officials and organisers at all times. Marshals and first aid teams will be positioned across key areas to support safe movement and respond to incidents. For safety and comfort, please wear suitable footwear, stay hydrated and travel light. Participation is at each participant’s own risk.

Participants are encouraged to travel light, as storage or bag-drop facilities will not be available at the event. Please bring only essential items such as your phone, ID, keys and any personal medication, and keep personal belongings with you at all times. The organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal items during the event.
