Today, Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) formalized a strategic collaboration with Al Etihad Energy Services (Etihad ESCO) a partnership that goes beyond an agreement. It’s a reflection of our shared vision to drive sustainability, energy efficiency and innovation across Dubai’s communities.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed by Francis Giani, Chief Executive Officer at DHCM, and Dr Waleed Al Nuaimi, Chief Executive Officer of Etihad ESCO, marking the beginning of a long-term journey rooted in impact and shared purpose.

Together, we will focus on transformative initiatives including energy performance projects, solar energy solutions, advanced metering infrastructure, integrated command and control systems. All aimed at creating smarter, more resilient, and future-ready communities across Dubai.

By combining Etihad ESCO’s technical expertise with DHCM’s community-first approach, we are setting a new benchmark for sustainable urban living in the region.
